Welcome
Campus Christians at Pittsburg State University is a non-denominational ministry reaching out to students on the Pitt State campus. As a ministry, we are supported by a number of local churches and alumni across the United States. Campus Christians has three staff members. Don Smith works primarily with international students, while James Bacus and Brian Powers lead CC’s weekly events and activities. We are blessed to see what God is doing on our campus and pray that He will continue to use this ministry to impact the students of Pittsburg State and the community around us.
As you explore our website a little more, you will find that there is a place in Campus Christians for nearly every student at Pittsburg State. Our events and programs range from a weekly worship service and in-depth Bible studies and discussion groups to mission trips, cookouts, and movie nights. There really is something for everyone in CC. Our students have a wide variety of interests and involvement on campus, and it is our prayer that not a day goes by that the students of Pittsburg State are not influenced and encouraged by the ministry of Campus Christians.
